Found scattered,trooping in mosses,grass next to newly planted mixed wood

Does look rather like the Cystoderma to me. Does n't Flammulaster have darker gills and generally look browner than this?
Do you mean Cystoderma amianthinum,as I looked at that but it has a ochre-yellow cap and coarsely granular stem with ring which mine did not.I must say my pictures don't do my ID justice as the cap was a bit darker than this and so were the gills.I know your more knowlegable on this subject than myself, so any other suggestions appriciated but I really thought I had this one right.
