it's a bit blurred -

but I think that it looks a bit hairy when the screen shot is expanded. If so, it could be Tramates / Coriolus hirsuta. The habitat is right, but the species is not common.
There are others that might also fit the picture. Perhaps the commonest is T. versicolor (Turkeytail or Many-Zoned Polypore). This is usually much darker, with only the rim being white, but is is very variable in colour.
